Connecting with your provider

Mac and Windows users - first time.

1. You will be emailed a link to access your telehealth meeting.  Click on the link in the email.  It will look like this:  https://securetelehealth.zoom.us/my/xxxxxxx)

2. Download and run the launcher as prompted

3. The program will automatically begin. You will be placed in the waiting room with a message saying, "You are in the waiting room"

4. When the provider lets you in, you should see yourself and your provider on camera.

5. Click the green button "Join audio conference by computer"

6. Talk to the provider and make sure that he or she can hear you on the computer. If you can't hear the provider, make sure your speakers are not muted.  

7. To select a different microphone and/or speakers on your computer, click the up arrow next to the microphone at the bottom of the screen and choose a different microphone and/or speaker.

8. When you are done with your session, click "leave meeting" in the lower right corner.  

 

Subsequent Visits from a computer (the app is already installed)

1. Click the meeting link from your invitation email, this will open the app and put you right into the waiting room.

2. Wait in the waiting room until your provider lets you in to the meeting.

 

iPhone, iPad and other smartphone users

First Time:

1. Tap the meeting link from your invitation email, if the zoom app has not been installed on this device, it will take you to the Zoom page in the App Store.

2. Choose "Zoom Cloud Meetings" and download and install the app.  zoom cloud meetings in app store

3. Return to the meeting link and tap the link again.  This will open the app and put you in the waiting room.

4. Wait in the waiting room until your provider lets you in to the meeting.  

Subsequent Visits (the app is already installed)

1. Tap the meeting link from your invitation email, this will open the app and put you right into the waiting room.

2. Waith in the waiting room until your provider lets you in to the meeting.
